Assistant Principal, Oceanside Unified
I began teaching science in 1993. In 2011 I became a TOSA in the SIS and testing department for my school district. From 2012 to 2015 I was the Coordinator/Director of Educational Technology for the district. In 2015 I moved back to a high school and continue to work directly with teachers in using technology to enhance the classroom shift to learner centered environments.
ELA Teacher, Vista Innovation and Design Academy
Because I share my days with a bunch of goofy middle school children who make me laugh, I am an extraordinarily happy teacher. I believe all students can reach their full potential through personalized learning via PBL/design thinking. All students can tap into their strengths, pursue their interests, and improve the world by sharing their values.
